My Y drive is not allowing me to get on. I can still save in my group folder, but is there anyway we can fix this?
Thank you,
Mary

Did you go through the directions for mapping your Y drive. Do you have a PC? You can take the link to computer setup from the class web page.
---
I went through the directions and it didn't work. I do have a PC and I did save my work in my group folder.
---
What happens when you do start >> run>>\\tucc-tiger\ ?
---
It let's me go to the \\tucc-tiger\ folder so I am able to open the class or group folders, but now my y drive isn't on my computer. I tried the steps to the student logon and it came up with an "MS-DOS Batch file" so I double click and tell it to run. After that happens it doesn't come up with a sign in window like on the steps.
---
Try \\tucc-tiger\users\yourusername\ (type in your own user name)
---
That works! I still don't know how to get the Y drive back on my computer but that will work for now.
---
Do you have XP or Vista?
If you have a problem take a screen shot and send it to me.
---
You will rt-click on My Computer (or Computer) and choose Map Network drive.
You will use down arrow next to drive and choose Y.
Paste \\tucc-tiger\users\ yourusername\ into box next to folder.
Click reconnect at logon.
Click finish.
Open My Computer (Computer) and see if your Y drive folder is there.
